Our journey began in August 2022, as we embarked on the creation of a truly unique destination. Through three captivating phases, we have crafted the perfect haven for adventurers seeking unforgettable experiences.

In Phase 1, we unveiled our enchanting treehouses in January of 2023, offering a one-of-a-kind retreat amidst nature's embrace.

Phase 2 witnessed the completion of our extreme glamping tents, providing the perfect balance between luxury and the raw beauty of the great outdoors.

By June 2023 Phase 2 was completed, as we introduced the charming addition of 5 tiny cottages that capture the essence of cozy comfort.

Phase 3 of four new two-bedroom cabins that sit on the bluff atop ReTreet's private 40-acres overlooking Lake Guntersville was completed just before the 2024 holiday season.

As a result, we now boast a total of 21 extraordinary luxury glamping units, each designed to transport you to a world of tranquility and awe-inspiring landscapes.

While ReTreet does not have direct lake access, we are minutes away from a ramp for fisherman at Waterfront, kayaking and boat rentals with Island Boat Rentals, and people watching along the waterfront at City Harbor in Guntersville.

Yes! Bring your furry friend along for your next glamping getaway! We have a dog park right on site to keep your pup entertained.

Our Treehouses, Glamping Tents and Mountain Top Cabins are equipped with a food and water bowl for your convenience. Please note that there is a flat fee of $65 for bringing up to two pets, so be sure to select this option when reserving your unit.

NOTE: For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in to stay in our tiny cottages. For that reason, we can accommodate guests who would prefer to stay in a pet-free unit.

With regular pest control precautions in place, we can't always promise a bug-free adventure, as our dedicated pest control team works tirelessly to minimize critter sightings in all twenty-one units.

We always love to see a smiling face! If you’d like, stop by the Check-In Office before 5 p.m. on weekdays and we’ll be happy to welcome you in person. If you prefer a contactless check-in—or are arriving after 5 p.m.—please follow the instructions emailed to you two days before your arrival. For Treehouse, Tiny Cottage, or Tent guests, these details are sent to the email address or booking platform used for your reservation.

All these reservations receive a 2-seater golf cart as part of their reservation, with the option to upgrade for an additional fee.

For Two-Bedroom Cabin guests, it’s essential to coordinate your in-person check-in to receive safety instructions for using the ATV to access your unit, as required by our insurance. ATV training must take place prior to 5:30 pm to avoid a $50 late check in fee. All check-in instructions will be sent via email or the booking platform, and you are welcome to communicate with our staff through those channels for assistance.

While our accommodations are designed with your comfort in mind, we do not have any ADA units at this time. However, each single-level glamping tent features a spacious walk-in shower and handrails are installed the Launch Pad Glamping Tent bathroom. Please note that guests cannot drive their personal vehicles to their rental and will need to utilize a golf cart to reach the front door of their unit.

Waterfront Deli & Gas Station is located 1 mile from ReTreet, Dollar General 3 miles and a variety of grocery stores and restaurants in Guntersville & Scottsboro are 15-20 minutes away.
