    At 200 square feet, our tiny cottages are perfectly designed for two. From the seating and the bed to the utensils in your kitchenette, every detail is tailored for couples or pairs looking to escape together. Whether it’s a romantic getaway, a bestie escape, or a special mom-and-me retreat, these cozy spaces provide the ideal setting to relax, connect, and enjoy a peaceful stay surrounded by nature.

    Private Bathroom.

    At ReTreet, we’ve designed our tiny cottage bathrooms with comfort in mind, giving you the extra elbow room you need to relax. Each bathroom features a spacious step-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet, along with convenient shelving stocked with towels and basic travel amenities like makeup wipes, soap, shampoo, lotion, and toilet paper—everything you need for a comfortable and refreshing stay.

    Our tiny cottage kitchenette is fully equipped to meet all your cooking needs during your stay. It includes a convenient countertop cooktop, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, dishwasher, and sink, along with place settings for two. Whether you're preparing a light meal or a quick snack, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable, home-like cooking experience in the heart of nature.

    The cozy queen loft bedroom in our tiny cottage offers a unique and charming retreat, accessible by a pull-down ladder. Once you climb up, you'll find a comfortable queen bed nestled in a private, climate-controlled loft space, ensuring comfort in any season. Whether it's a cool winter night or a warm summer evening, you'll enjoy a restful sleep in a space that perfectly blends adventure with relaxation.

    Each tiny cottage comes with its own private front yard, complete with two Adirondack chairs and a personal grill-top fire pit.   • All Tiny Cottage pricing reflects market demand and seasonality, ensuring fair and competitive rates for your stay.

    Peak seasons, such as spring and fall weekends, typically have higher rates due to increased demand, while less popular times, like January and August, offer lower prices.

    Weekdays are always more affordable than weekends.

    Since prices fluctuate with market travel trends, our booking process provides the most accurate and up-to-date rates for your getaway. Plan your perfect escape today!

    • No nightly minimum for any weekday bookings (Sunday - Thursday)

    • A two-night minimum is required for all Friday or Saturday night bookings.

    • Can be Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday

    • 100% refund of total reservation value up to 30 days before arrival less $50 cancellation or date change fee per rental

    • 50% refund of total reservation value between 14-29 days before arrival less $50 cancellation or date change fee per rental

    •  0% refund under 14 days before arrival.

    • We do not offer refunds, date changes or credits due to personal circumstances, inclement weather or any factors beyond ReTreet’s control.

    • Failure to provide payment on due dates, as outlined in your guest portal, is subject to a cancellation without refund. As a reminder 60% of payment is due at time of booking and 40% due 7 days prior to arrival. Your card on file will be automatically charged.

    •  If your reservation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, you may one single charge for the entire reservation value or you may have two charges on the same date, equaling the total reservation value. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Failure to provide total payment on said date puts your reservation at risk for cancellation without refund.

    •  If changes occur once your original reservation is made, your second payment amount is subject to change based on changes you make.

    •  We do not offer refunds, date changes or credits due to personal circumstances, inclement weather or any factors beyond ReTreet’s control. The only exception to this policy is if frozen precipitation is predicted to be present on ReTreet’s grounds. In such cases, the property owners will assess conditions and determine whether to remain open or closed 24-48 hours prior to the affected dates. All guests will be notified at that time of their options. As a small, family-owned business, we appreciate your understanding. 

    • Travel insurance, such as Allianz, can offer peace of mind by covering unexpected trip disruptions. We highly recommend researching available policies to ensure you’re protected in case of emergency.
